About Kate Loibl

Born and raised in Niagara, Kate chose to make Ottawa her home after graduating from Carleton University. It was easy to fall in love with the community, appreciate the diverse culture and explore the opportunities Ottawa has to offer. Kate’s passion for Real Estate and understanding of the value of ownership drive her to provide an educational approach to the Buying and Selling process. She has an eye for the beauty Ottawa has to offer.

There’s never a dull moment in Kate’s free time, whether it be spent skiing, boating, or enjoying a stroll along the canal. As a new dog mom, she keeps busy and prides herself on her dog’s ability to pick up new tricks quickly and her sweet behaviour.
